Last updated: February 2026. By using the Reme web application, browser extensions, and related services, you agree to the following terms governing your access to our productivity platform.

1. The Reme Service Overview

Reme is an AI-enhanced productivity tool that empowers "The Doers" to effortlessly log their daily contributions—from Jira tickets and GitHub pull requests to Slack collaborations.

  • Personal Workbench: A private dashboard where you capture, refine, and export structured "ECO" (Event, Contribution, Outcome) logs.
  • Browser Extensions: Manual-capture tools designed to securely extract context from supported third-party platforms without background surveillance.

2. Data Ownership and Licensing

Your career data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the logs, context, or notes you store within Reme. By using Reme, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and present this data back to you—including passing it through trusted AI providers strictly to synthesize your achievement summaries.

If you connect your account to an Employer workspace, you retain the sole right to define which specific draft logs are published or shared with your management chain.

3. Acceptable Use and Third-Party Terms

As our service integrates tightly with platforms like Jira, GitHub, and Linear via active web sessions, your usage of Reme must not violate the terms of those platforms.

  • No Automated Scraping: You agree to use Reme's capture tools as intended (manually triggered by human interaction). Using automated bots or scripts to operate the Reme extension is strictly prohibited.
  • You must not upload malicious payloads, attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary AI synthesis pipelines, or use the service for illegal purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are exclusively responsible for the accuracy and sensitivity of the information you log. While Reme structures your narrative, providing "evidence-backed proof" to your employer is ultimately your responsibility. Do not capture highly classified, proprietary code snippets, or personally identifiable information (PII) of others that violate your company's internal compliance policies.

5. Service Availability and Warranties

We strive for maximum uptime, but Reme is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will perfectly synthesize every complex task or that utilizing Reme will definitively guarantee a promotion, raise, or successful performance review.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as we launch new features (for instance, deeper employer integrations or new platform integrations). We will provide notice of significant changes, and your continued use of Reme constitutes your acceptance.
